Now worried for his sons life, Creon performs the proper burial rituals for Polyneices body but it is too late in the eyes of the gods. Creon then rushes to free Antigone, but it is too late, she is dead, she hung herself by tearing a piece of the dress and Haemon has killed himself to be with her in the after life. Now a broken man, Creon returns to the kingdom only to learn that his wife, Eurydice, has killed herself after learning about her sons death. I will asses his mood before he met Juliet at the Capulets party and after it. Answer: Introduction Tort denotes a wrong done by one individual, which causes other person some kind of harm and which attracts civil penalties. Negligence is one of the tort laws in Australia (Statsky, 2011). Negligence also denotes a civil wrong done, but which results from a violation of the duty, of caring the other person, for the work being done by the first person, due to the possibility of harm. It is crucial for the other person to be injured in a substantial manner to make a claim under negligence (Emanuel and Emanuel, 2008). Both the common law and the statutory law provide the provisions relating to negligence. The statutory laws differ on the basis of jurisdiction. For instance, in the State of New South Wales, causation, as an element is covered in the Civil Liability Act, 2002 (Legislation NSW, 2015). For Victoria, the elements of negligence, which have to be present to make a claim for it, are covered in section 18 of the Wrongs Act, 1958 (Legislation Victoria, 2010). So, the damages would be awarded to her, for the loss not being too remote. Causation The next requirement is to establish that there has been a direct causation between the contravention of the duty of care and the losses incurred by the other party (Turner, 2013). In Donoghue v Stevenson, for instance, the failure on part of S in keeping their bottles safe for consumption of his consumers resulted in D falling sick. Hence, there was a direct causation between the contravention of S and the sickness of D. section 5D of the Civil Liability Act 2002 (NSW), states that there is a requirement for factual causation to establish negligence (Legislation NSW, 2015). In this present case, the inadequate material, used by Keith, which was drenched in the rain and raised up, caused Ruth being injured gravely. So, the negligence of Keith was the direct cause for the injuries sustained by Keith. Hence, this requirement is also present in the given case study. The objective was successfully completed and the initial sample of soil was separated by vibration into finer particles with a large amount passing through the smallest diameter screen which was 0. 0278 inches producing a final product of fine soil particles which are now easier to transport and store. As can be seen from the graph below (figure 1) undersize particles verses screens, all three different vibration settings (45%, 65%, 85%) produced similar results for the screening process. At the beginning of the experiment (time zero) all of the soil sample was placed on the first screen, number 5, and after repeated screening (vibrating) the sample was broken down in more uniform sizes leaving larger pieces of soil left on the screen while smaller sizes fell through finally producing a fine powder left in the bottom pan. As can be seen from the graph below, after six minutes (the fourth bullet point on graph each bullet point represents two minutes of vibrating) the soil had mostly been sorted into its final sizes. This occurred for all three different vibration settings indicating that after a certain time period, six minutes for this particular experiment, the screening process is 90% complete and may be more cost effective to stop the process as only a small percentage is then sorted into smaller sizes. It can be seen though, that after a few minutes of screening, the original soil sample was sorted into a much more manageable sample making storage and transportation much easier. The higher vibration setting, 65% and 85% had more constant weight and this was due to the sample being vibrated at a higher setting and being broken quicker and thus settling. Authors have completely undermined the traditional myths about leadership, and have proved that management is a set of skills that can be learned, studied, and mastered by voluntary attempts. They have also come up with certain key insights of leadership. Foundation A comprehensive school counseling program is needed to function effectively in the service of children with respect to race, gender, age, socioeconomic status, social/personal development and academics. With a paradigm shift in how counselors respond to students, the focus has turned from what Bowers calls â€Å"entitlement to performance.† In an effort to implement a comprehensive program this high school has been identified as a candidate This high school has an enrollment of approximately 2000 students; 49% white , 32% black, 10% Hispanic, 5.4% Asian or Island Pacific, 3% Multi racial and .6% Native American. Additionally, 17.3% of students are classified in a special education program, and 24.8% of the student population has free or reduced lunch. The student suspension rate was 2.2% with no expulsions during the past school year. What are some of the concerns with this school? Large numbers of individuals who do not perform well on standardized tests. They also have no experience with volunteering outside of two or three clubs.
